sorry to bother you with a question scarsely regarding physics, but I am an Italian
teacher needing your advice. We can say that newtonian mechanics is only applicable to
processes involving low velocities and energies. May I say that these limits define the
SCOPE of the theory? Is the English word "scope" appropriate here?
