Ahhhhh, so in just 100 short years we have come full circle from
having Einstein throw out Newton's idea of motion relative to the
'fixed' stars, to the 'Precision Astronomy Measurements' establishing
a new improved Fixed Reference Frame!

Ain't science GRAND? Just when we think we know it ALL, somebody
comes along and upsets our most cherished apple-cart!
