Light Mill?

Ooooooh, ooooooooooh, YES! Let's start another Light Mill thread. I
never WAS convinced my Maxwell's claim (or the interpretation
thereof) that the driving force occurs ONLY by DRAG at the EDGES of
the vanes, (I don't expect to see us get as involved as we did with
the airfoil thread, but I DO NEED CONVINCING!)

As a particularly simple example: consider light bouncing off a
moving mirror in a light-mill (in analogy to a wind-mill). The
number of photons is
conserved, but the light changes frequency and gives energy to the
light-mill (or gains energy from it, depending on which way the mirror is
moving).
