The word heat will be used by students and general public.
It is part of the language. Nothing can be done about it.
So we physics teachers must find the best possible way of
defining it. For example, while drawing arrows around
a circle representing the Carnot engine. Or problems
dealing with melting of ice, burning wood, friction, etc.
