If your teeth (and OTHER mouth parts) are quite WET when the LN2
makes its BRIEF entrance, the temperature of the bodily parts can't
fall below zero Celsius without forming some telltale ICE!

You WILL get some nasty blistering on your LIPS if you take the drink
from the glass lip of a dewar instead of the FAR safer styrofoam cup.

Jearl Walker wrote about a similar demo he used to regularly do in a
chapter note in Halliday/Resnick/Walker 5th ed (p533, Boiling and the
Leidenfrost Effect). His dentist talked him out of future attempts while
repairing thermal damage to his front teeth.
