During a recent trip to Ohio I came across an unfamiliar (admittedly
non SI) unit on a familiar appliance at a highway rest stop.
-
In reasonably large letters on the top was written the capacity as
3.8 Lpf
1 gpf
-
The numerical factors allowed me to determine the last unit to be
gallon per flush
