some learning experience for kids on physics days....

It is a sadness to suppose from some posts on the topic,
that not all kids have been exposed to what is, in many parts
of the world, a standard piece of park furniture, the
merry-go-round.

This as often implemented is a rotating platform, often
12 feet or more in diameter, with hand holds, upon which kids can
jump on and off while still or in motion. They develop a ready
insight into some effects of rotation in this way.
