But how about the other extreme at v--> zero where one leisurely strolls
through a rainstorm of infinite duration? Fair is fair: If you can have
infinite v, I can have infinite t :-)

My hypothesis: In realistic terms, it is a mostly matter of *where* you
want to get wet. If you run, rain will soak you mainly from the front; if
you walk, you will get soaked from the top. But I haven't collected and
analyzed data. And I still run when it starts to rain.
