So that's what Lenz' law says! Uh, oh. I feel a philosophical crisis
coming on. I just calculated the current to be counterclockwise, so I
guess the actual result is clockwise. But was that a "calculation"? If
so, ...

Oh dear! I just hate it when physical laws start sounding more like
Murphy's laws.
