I have no episodes to help you. But here is a suggestion. Contact
medical people who treat people with electric shocks. They know
exactly how large "doses" are needed for various biological effects.
Their dose is likely to be in Joules, the energy stored in a capacitor
which is discharged through a body. Or perhaps it is in terms of
the unit of charge. Please share your findings on this list; many people

might be interested.
