It was found experimentally that a thing accelerates more if
the motive force is greater or the mass is reduced.

This was modelled as a = x.(f)^n/y.(m)^s
It was found that the values of the exponents n and s were 1
and the values of the coefficients x and y depend on the system
of units chosen. For a coherent unit system,
these relapse to a value of 1
so a = f/m
This is a model that accounts for all variables of interest
no matter what their fruit status or identity.
It has ascended to the status of "Law"
(But this is merely a social convention)
