Leave the subject line blank and in the body of your
message write what is in upper cases below:

UNSUBSRIBE PHYS-L                           <--- to unsubscribe
SUBSCRIBE PHYS-L YOUR NAME    <--- to subscribe

Once subscribed wait for a message with explanations.
This turns a regular mortal into a phys-L-er.
