I believe that Dick and Rae at VMI did a demonstration of 
this kind with a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.  I 
believe that the cart used was very basic--a seat attached 
to a small frame with four wheels--good bearings are 
important.  Probably the physics department at VMI can give
