I see nothing whatsoever about my response that
was "testy". The art of asking questions with meaning
evades many physicists and physics teachers. For an erudite
example, see the debate between Griffiths & Hartle, on the one
hand, and Adrian Kent, on the other, in PRL for 11 August.
