I'm not aware of any traffic surcharges. Eskimo has no traffic surcharges
on other services (web hosting, for example.) My own lists easily exceed
24meg per day. Yes, eskimo.com is extremely atypical. It's literally a
basement operation, but with a huge clientele and a long history.
