Yes Mark, addng students (in this case phys-L-ers) does cost money, but not
very much, as you indicated. Somebody with a grant can easilly absorb the
cost. And I would think that a dedicated NSF grant could easilly be secured
for our purpose. If I were younger, and had more time, ...
