	Even when the current model  supposse that the proton is composed
 by quarks and these have fractional charge, a specific mechanism of the
 model (QCD) forbids the existence of free quarks, thenceforth the change
 of electrical charge is always in integer multiples of e. That is why
 |e_p|=1.
