Gurus tell me (and Microsoft blurbs agree) that many machines using
windows need an "OLE automation update". This is accomplished by
downloading the file OADIST.EXE from the microsoft site http://support.microsoft.com/download/support/mslfiles/OADIST.EXE
Running this file from anywhere on your hard disk will effect the update.
Then re-install SnellTrace. Please let me know if this fix works for
you, or not.
