The book, and paperback:

Robert A. Baker, ed. _A Stress Analysis of a Strapless Evening Gown and
other essays for a scientific age._ Doubleday Anchor Book, 1963.

It has the classic take-off on simplified spelling, Meihem In Ce Klarrum,
Bo Colton Edwards, shamlessly copied several times, but never equaled.

These appeared originally in _The Journal of Improbable Research._

Another good collection was also edited by Baker: _Psychology in the Wry_,
Van Nostrand, 1963. Insight paperback.

I think both are still in print.

I don't know about the Pizza. But you can find "Heaven is Hotter than
Hell" *and* its 'refutation' on my web page in the humor section under
"Theological Thermodynamics."
