Yes, Leigh, but this is just what NOAA does to get their tables -- something
like a Fourier analysis but not quite. One would end up with a pair of graphs
for each driving frequency. Yes, it would be more powerful to see the Moon's
M2 force plotted along with the M2 tide (which is the one shown on the
co-tidal
map on my web page). If I though anyone cared, I would do just this,
but........

The first order correlation will have to do, besides, it will likely
demonstrate the point as it is.
