I think you forgot that when there is a 120 mph wind blowing (relative to
the can) up along and around the can that the "Dew" will have a hard time
getting out into this updraft. If any drops do manage to escape from the
can and enter the region near the bottom of the can where the wind stream
bifurcates in going around the can, they will be blown up and around the
can by this strong updraft wind.
