Do all electrons have the same charge?

Feynman would observe that this means that the the charges *are* the same
since a positively charged electron is just a negatively charged one
travelling backwards through time into the past. Not only that, but he
would probably suggest that the reason that they all *do* have the same
charge is that they really are all the same electron.
