Online book w/aerodynamic lift

Poking the sleeping dragon here! ;)

Those of us interested in misconceptions regarding wings and lifting force
will be interested in a new "pilot's manual" online which discusses
physics of aircraft. In particular, see the chapter on Airfoils.
Excellent streamline simulation diagrams depicting the fallacy of the
"more curved on top" Bernoulli explanations of airfoil function.

This book created yet another outbreak of heated discussion on
rec.aviation.piloting newsgroup. See the link on my page (goes to
Dejanews message, click "view thread" to see the whole thing.)

There are also some GIFs on my page showing Dr. Weltner's experimental
evidence that parcels do not rejoin each other at the trailing edge.
