If you really mean Postscript, then your laserwriter driver, already on your
mac, will do it. Just choose the print to file option. The exact wording
will depend on the version of the operating system you are using. This
option creates a Postscript file.

If you meant to say pdf, or Adobe Acrobat format, which is an easy way to
get complex documents on the web, then you need to buy Adobe Acrobat. (The
reader is the free application.) Acrobat shows up as a printer option, and
you essentially print to the pdf file from whatever application you like.
