Communicator 4 is pretty good - I use it a lot when not at my own machine
(I have pegasus on my work machine, and I'm loath to change because it
means setting up a new set of email folders). I've run it from a unix
machine as well as win95, so I imagine that you should be able to do it
from 3.1.
