misconceptions seminar site

The Cornell site having abstracts for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Int'l Seminars
on Misconceptions in Science and Mathematics vanished awhile back.  For
anyone who missed it, I found it's new incarnation.  They sell a
convenient CDROM version of the symposium proceedings.
