I suppose it's frivolous to point out that fashions change, and in
electrical work the upside-down omega "ain't no mho".

It's sad to see that we no longer honor the name of physicist Chauncey
Mho (1778-1845), inventor of the conductance bridge, known in his day for
his inspiring public lectures on electricity.
