Each time granpa spits he puts himself into a new reference frame, moving
with a velocity of .04 cm/s with respect to the previous frame.
This is really the problem of a rocket with constant exhaust velocity
(with respect to the rocket) and negligible change in rocket mass. The
exhaust has been "discretized".
