Faculty Position at Oberlin College

The Physics Department at Oberlin College (http://www.physics.oberlin.edu)
invites applications for a full-time non-continuing faculty position for
the 1997-98 academic year, to carry the rank of Assistant Professor
or Instructor.

Required qualifications include the Ph.D. degree (in hand or expected by
September 1997) and interest and potential excellence in undergraduate
teaching. Desirable qualities include successful college-level
teaching experience, the ability to perform research with undergraduates,
and the ability to teach a junior-level laboratory course.

research, a curriculum vita, a copy of your graduate academic
transcript, and three supporting letters by 28 February 1997 to
