Physics Academic Software has a couple of very nice special 
relativity simulation programs. Spacetime is especially useful.

You migh also want to look at Kevin Zollman's Visual Quantum Mechanics 
project at http://bluegiant.phys.ksu.edu/vqm/. It may be a little 
sophisticated for your projected use but it is worth a look.
