What's New is by Robert Park and is personal opinion and pretty
sardonic at that. There is also the Physics Education Newsletter and
the PHYSNEWS newsletter, directed more at recent physics research.
All of them are email lists similar to Phys-L but weekly
distributions (mine ordinarily come on Fridays).
