I would love to see fuel cell powered cars now.

Mercedes-Benz is currently driving their third test vehicle around Germany.
It is a van with hydrogen tanks on the roof under a streamlined shroud.
The fuel cell stack occupies about the volume of a full-size spare well in
the back end, with three rows of seats in front. They are trying to get
to where they can use methanol instead of hydrogen gas before attempting
a production model. There is a report in their latest house-organ magazine.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get it; a copy showed up in our
department and I happened to see it and browsed through it. It seems to
be very well-done, professional, but more puffy than meaty. I think it
was called "High Tech Report."
