This is true for the one in N students (where N is a large positive
integer) who A) takes another more advanced class which B) entertaings
the topic and C) is being taught by a "conscientious" teacher.

Now there is an interesting idea. A lot of people have been talking about
video analysis using videos of objects falling, colliding, etc. Has
anybody tried this with cartoons to show that the characters are violating
the laws of physics? It might make an interesting project to "discover"
the cartoon laws which apply to the roadrunner in a particular case.

IN May i acquired my first copy of Video Graph and have in the last two
weeks finally gotton around to playing with it. During the summer here a
few students always seem to just "show up" to play with the physics stuff
or the computers. They started to play with it and one of their first
ideas was to take one cartoon show and determine if the laws of cartoon
physics are consistent within the show. ....Fun and a good way to learn
how to use the program/hardware...... but i wonder about the pedagogical
value.
