The integrated approch described by Herr makes VERY good sense. The
divisions between Phys, Chem, and Bio are artificial. An integrated
approch makes a lot of sense scientifically but is hard to
implement sociologically. But the High School seems like a good
place to try because, amoung other reasons, the teachers are
less wedded to a specific disciplin.
