Re: Minkowski Space

Taylor and Wheeler, Spacetime Physics, Freeman, ISBN 0-7167-2327-1.

Ray D'Inverno's Introducing Einstein's Relativity, Chapter 3 is also
good but the book is probably too advanced for high school. (Oxford
U. Press 0-19-859686-3)

Also look at the section on relativity in Arons' Guide to teaching
Introductory Physics.

Does anyone have a reference that clearly explains the foundation for
Minkowski Space, its illustration via the diagrams, and the four
dimensional description using a (1,1,1,-1) metric (or vice versa). I
would like to present a more graphical view in my AP physics course as
well as the more traditional approach.
