I'd like to announce that Robert H Romer (Editor of the American Journal of
Physics) and I have made the AJP/TPT database available for web downloading
from http://bonsai.physics.purdue.edu/getdb.html at no cost.
This software used to be sold by the AAPT for $32, and allows the user to
locate articles from the American Journal of Physics and The Physics Teacher
by keyword and author. It is now available electronically for free, and we
hope you'll give away copies to all of your interested friends in the
physics education community.
Complete information on what the software does, how it works and how to
download and install it are available on the page. Acknowledgement to
all who contributed to the effort to make this software available is also
