NSF Workshop



NSF Summer Workshop

Learn to Work, a five-week development workshop for experienced physics
teachers and tech prep/technology teachers, is scheduled for May 29-July 2,
1996 at Mississippi State University and Peavey Electronics Corporation,
Meridian, Mississippi. Participants in this National Science Foundation
funded program will develop a workshop for incorporating workplace
experiences into the curriculum. Three weeks will be spent at Peavey
Electronics learning applications of physics to manufacturing. Participants
will received a stipend of $60/day, travel and subsistence allowance.
